The Junior Padel Development Program introduces school-going children to padel through professional coaching, progressive skill development and competitive exposure. Children learn the sport, improve their technical and competitive abilities, and progress toward PPL Rising Stars: an exclusive competitive platform for talented junior players developed through the academy.

Academy enrollment is required
Only officially enrolled academy players are eligible for consideration and participation in PPL Rising Stars. External players are not eligible, regardless of previous experience, achievements or skill level.
Enrollment establishes eligibility for consideration; it does not guarantee selection. Final selection depends on performance, technical assessments, attendance, discipline, commitment and official competition requirements.

Student conduct
Good players. Great sportsmanship.
Attendance & punctuality
Attend regularly, arrive on time and be prepared before training. Attendance forms part of assessment and competitive selection.
Discipline & sportsmanship
Follow coaching and management instructions. Respect coaches, teammates, opponents, officials and facility staff.
Safe participation
Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate sports clothing and footwear.
Equipment care
Use courts, rackets, balls and training equipment responsibly.
Positive competition
Prioritize development, teamwork, discipline and mutual respect.
Parent / guardian cooperation
Support attendance, punctuality and compliance with academy policies. Photography, video, promotional and media activities remain subject to appropriate parental or guardian consent.
